Owner Completion or Wholesaling is the primary way that we sell houses.  In this method the owner arranges others in their local area to do the site preparation and foundation.  We arrive with the house and our crew sets the house on the foundation and puts it under permanent roof.  The owner finishes the remaining 10 to 15 percent.
